How do I know my Size?

-Fit details are included on the product page of each garment. Note that any sizing issues can ultimately be resolved via a refund provided you meet the requirements detailed in the return policy below.

I ordered two identical sweaters, why do they differ slightly in their finish?

-Given the artisanal nature of our garments and the details they contain, each item may differ slightly in their exact finish. We at MONK strive to keep these differences to a minimum but believe the occasional deviations give MONK the character that only a hand-crafted product can retain.

Do you have any tips on how to take care of Cashmere?

-Please visit the Cashmere section of our website for tips on how to best care for your Cashmere products.

Does my purchase contribute to a cause in any way?

- MONK has partnered with KVPT to help rebuild the Kathmandu Valley one brick at a time. MONK uses a portion of its profits to continually commission new refurbishment projects that specifically benefit the artisans behind our products. To learn more about these artisans or KVPT please visit the Artisans page on our website.

What is MONK’s Return Policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, MONK is happy to provide a full refund in the form of payment your provided, as long as:

- Less than 60 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped

- Your items are in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging

- If the return meets the second bullet noted but is requested more than 60 days after the item was shipped, store credit will be issued. Return shipping is always free. Please contact us at support@monkcollection.com and be sure to include your order number. We will respond to return requests right away with a prepaid return label.

We will notify you when your return has been received, inspected and approved before refunding your payment

What is MONK’s Exchange Policy?

- We do not offer exchanges. Because our garments are produced in small batches, we can't guarantee that your preferred exchange will be in stock. We suggest you place your new order separately and return the item in your possession for a full refund.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

After placing an order, you have a two-hour window in which you can edit the shipping address or cancel the order. Just click “Edit Address” or “Cancel Order” on the My Orders page. If you don’t see a link feel free to reach out to support@monkcollection.com and we’ll sort you right out.

How do I return a Gift?

-We offer store credit for gift returns. Send a message to support@monkcollection.com and include any information you have (order number, item, name of person who ordered, etc) and we will happily process your store credit

Do you ship Internationally?

-We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous 48 States. We are constantly striving to improve our service and will inform you as soon as we’ve broadened our reach. Please provide your email here to keep updated with MONK
